Mornin’! I am up and at’em getting ready to hit the road to Charleston. I’m so excited to see some of my best friend’s from high school, enjoy some relaxing on the beach and dance the night away on Saturday night… Eeee! 😀
Breakfast was another delicious Greek-inspired sandwich
2 egg whites, red onion, sprinkle of feta, double dose of spinach, and this time I added on a fresh ‘mater. The tomato sure made it extra juicy and messy, but it was so good! I got this tomato at the same road side stand I stopped at a few days ago. Their tomatoes are out of this world and CHEAP. I detest grocery store tomatoes. I think they are flavorless posers. Yes, posers. I know, 6th grade called and wants their word back.
Now to get all packed up and hit the road!
Do you pack snacks for the road? If it’s a long trip, I most always certainly do. But Charleston is a mere 3 hours from me, and so I’ll probably forgo the packed snacks (except water… I always bring water) and hit up lunch once I arrive. Get ready for iPhone updates for the rest of the day!
Any fun plans for your weekend??

A quick pit stop at Starbucks for a chia tea latte and got to try these new all natural snacks, Peeled Mango! Only ingredient… Mango! Yum. They tasted like delicious candy.
I also grabbed a bar from Starbucks to help hold me over… Also tasted like candy! All natural candy 🙂
Have you tried these Kind bars? Yum!
Once I got to Folly beach, I met Ash and we grabbed a quick lunch before putting our bachelorette decoration skills to work.
Now we’re close to being all ready and are waiting for the rest of the girls to arrive. Ash is making a centerpiece out of skittles and it’s cracking me up watching her separate them. See:
And of course we still need to decorate the staple of any bachelorette party…
😉
Ok, more later! Hope you’re having a great Friday!

I’m so full! I didn’t stuff myself, but feelin’ full 🙂
I split the salad with my friend, ate a slice of veggie pizza and had a few chips n salsa too. There also might have been a miller light and there might be some red wine flowing… 😉
