    I love Brie!!!! I’ve never eaten it with chocolate – only tart Granny Smith apples, spicy nuts, bacon, and pita (YUM!), but I guess it’s time to branch out : )

    I am a pizza fanatic and they have a whole slew of ideas in their recipe section! I like Provolone but would love to try their Havarti in some homemade Mac and Cheese. In my opinion the only items that pair better than chocolate and cheese is peanut butter and chocolate. Second place isn’t bad, eh!

    I checked out there website and facebook page. They have a link to grilled cheese academy and now all I want for breakfast is a brie and apple grilled cheese! So while it all looks amazing I would love to try the brie! OF the ones listed above the mixed white cheese with chocolate sea salt caramel sounds delish!

    Sharp Cheddar cheese is my favorite!! Its actually quite humorous because whatever cheese I don’t like my husband loves and vice versa, same with chocolate, I adore dark chocolate he prefers milk chocolate, it makes it easy for both of us to get our favorites!!

    While I seriously want to just dive in and devour ever recipe I just saw on the FB page, I would love to try the Wisconsin Aged Mixed-Milk Cheese because I typically go for blue or cheddar and this would be a nice cheese to work with for all sorts of things! Sidenote: a mac and cheese sammy!? C’mon now, that is pure genius!

    I was never a big cheese person, until about a year ago. Ryan and I stopped at one of the local wine locales and had a cheese plate sampler with our wine- I don’t remember the kinds but loved most of the samples.

    I think my favorite would be Wisconsin Aged Cheddar, although if I was choosing a basket I would go with Wisconsin Aged Mixed-Milk Cheese with Dark Chocolate Sea-Salted Caramels because I am allergic to apples…and addicted to anything with sea salt! What a fun way to celebrate Valentine’s Day <3

    I Love cheese! I used to be the pickiest eater when I was younger and was known for ‘only’ eating bread and cheese – not completely true, but close enough. Luckily now I am much more open to All foods 🙂 Anyway, I love cheddar – especially white cheddar and gouda is great for fondue! I’m also curious about the Mixed Milk cheese!     Choose one favorite cheese? That’s like saying choose your favorite child. How could I pick? Some are great with crackers, some with a. Sandwich, some by itself, Some with olives, some as a topping….but for the purposes of this i guess I will say Gouda because we love it and I hardly buy it.

    When do we hear about the Maui Jim’s? Or did I miss that somehow?
