I just created a “page” for recipes and then wrote my recipes, for example: “pancakes” then attached a hyperlink. Does that make sense?

I am so happy to find this website. I work with David sometimes at CVMC,
and he just happened to show us what you had fixed him for dinner, and it
looked scrumptious.
I look forward to using your recipes, and reading the blog, and trying new,
healthy food to eat.
Thanks,
susan

Sounds delicious! I just came back from mexico last month and find myself addicted to these incredible enchilada recipes now!! Must go back next year sometime, I think, and this time head off the beaten path a little. Looking to reading more!

I grew up believing in hard work and determination. Glad I had good role models to keep me founded.

I’m so worried about the way our kids are heading in nowadays. Watching Jamie Olivers food revolution on tv the other day scared the thingies out of me. I suggest we all start cooking some healthy recipes like these at home if we’re going to fix this horrible situation. The ones on that site seem pretty easy, I tried last night and it’s the first time my family has eaten healthy in ages, I just feel great.

Interesting, thanks for that. My son has a terrible aversion to eating fruit for some reason, so I made the fruit into smoothies for him and then he loves it! I also found some great smoothie recipes here and thought I’d share – lots of other great ideas there.

Saw your oatmeal cup recipe yesterday…today, the link seems broken. Can you help me? I did not copy it down. Sad.

Hi Brittany! Just wanted to let you know I tried your Mexican Quinoa Salad recipe for dinner tonight and it was fantastic! My husband loved it and I’m already looking forward to leftovers tomorrow. Thank you!

What a fabulous recipe!! My husband’s favorite dish I make is Pad Thai and he suggested I swap your shrimp fried quinoa for it, he (and I) loved it. Thanks so much for such a yummy, healthy alternative! Love your blog!

I’ve still never been to a Chick-fil-A but have heard the food is AMAZING! I’ll have to try this recipe out since they don’t have any where I’m from :) Thanks for sharing!
