I don’t eat gluten free, but I love learning more about food in general, so I look forward to your next post!

I don’t eat gluten free, but I have a friend with Celiacs who I have hypothesized about cooking a “gluten-free’s the way to be” dinner for….
I was so distracted by your pomegranate I couldn’t focus on the other photos!

I do not eat gluten for a few years now. I had stomach issues my whole life and still kinda do, taking gluten out of my diet as been a blessing for me! I feel so much better and less stomach pains. I feel not everyone has gluten issues but it is a good idea to eat some gluten free foods mixed with gluten filled foods to help balance the body out so getting sensitive to it does not happen. I hope that makes sense 😉

I’m gluten intolerant so I avoid as much gluten as possible! I would say my diet is 90-95% gluten free! (hence all my GF recipes on my site!)

I really need to try a pomegranate.

Gluten is not a problem for me so yep I eat it. Pomegranate-I’ve never had the actual fruit. So you only eat the arils?
