Mashed potatoes have never more simple to prepare! This easy version is creamy, flavorful and makes for a delicious side item for any day of the week!
- 3 lbs golden potatoes
- 3/4 c vegetable broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 c butter
- 1/4 c sour cream
- salt and pepper
- Quarter the potatoes and place them in the slow cooker.
- Add broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and butter to the slow cooker.
- Cook on high for 3 and 1/2 hours or on low for 6-7 hours.
- Using a masher, mash potatoes until smooth. Stir in sour cream and season with salt and pepper. Enjoy!
