Cilantro Lime Rice (in the Rice Cooker)

Description

This delicious rice side dish is easy to make and bursting with flavor and nutrients thanks to the lime and cilantro, as well as bone broth you cook it in. This is sure to become a staple with all your Mexican-inspired meals!


Ingredients

Scale

1 cup Basmati rice

1 c Broth

1 Tbsp butter

1 tsp salt

1 Tbsp lime juice (from 12 limes, depending on size)

3 Tbsp chopped cilantro (fresh or freeze-dried)


Instructions

Give your rice a good rinse and add it to the rice cooker. Pour in your broth, butter, and salt and stir. Hit go on the rice cycle.

Once rice is cooked, add the lime juice and cilantro. Mix well and fluff rice. Add salt if needed and serve warm.
