Well, that’s why I love you all… message received! I need to add in strength training to my routine. I guess I was thinking yoga and the stair stepper (along with freebie Friday) would suffice, but I guess a focus on just strength sounds necessary.
The only problem is… when I do strength, sometimes I don’t feel like it’s working. Does that sound silly? I had a personal trainer before our wedding, and he WORKED me. I was definitely able to see and feel results by meeting with him 2-3 times per week. But when I attempt weights solo, I end up feeling like the girl that doesn’t belong in the gym… you know, the one checking out her ponytail in the mirror while swinging around a couple 5 pounders 🙂 Guess I need to start ripping out some strength plans out of magazines so I can turn into this chick:

I think it pretty much obvious that my strength (pun intended) in healthy living is eating well and healthy foods, so I appreciate your help on the exercise front!
