Hi Brittany!
Just stumbled across your blog today and LOVE the design/layout, etc. I am also even more intrigued because you started your own business in nutrition! I am a registered dietitian and have the ultimate dream of starting my own business. I was wondering if you would be able to provide a little history about how you got started, where you began, your successes/failures/challenges? How big your company is currently? Do you work from home or do you have a place? When did you start profiting, how did you seek clients?
I started my blog as a way to reach people and I’m testing out a weightloss program right now (a few people) but I just don’t know where to begin…once I test out the program. Your business is inspiring! I appreciate any time!! Thanks!!

In regard to your “Daddy’s tomato cut up”. Had one last Wednesday, only I add a bit of virgin olive oil. Glad you remembered my eating style and that it has been such an inspiration for your healthy eating way of life!! Your blogs are terrific – and so are you!

Dear Brittany,
Your Dad is so proud of you and he just beams when he talks about you. After looking at your website I understand why he is so excited for you and your company. Your recipes are healthy and mouth watering good by the pictures. It looks like we both share the same passion and would love to connect. I am from Hickory, NC and live in Atlanta, GA. Best of luck to you and “A Healthy Slice of Life”.

Brittany, I started looking at your blog for a project in my A.P. writing class (I’m in high school) and I’m very glad i stumbled upon this! I’ve never kept up with a blog before but I’ve really enjoyed yours. I’ve been talking to my mom about trying some of your recipes and she’s as excited as I am! Our whole family has been moving towards a healthier lifestyle and just reading your blog nearly every day is very good inspiration. Thanks for sharing your stories and tips! :)

Hello Brittany,

I especially liked your idea about cooking scallops in muffin pans!

Since you have a mutual love for balsamic vinegar and Charleston, SC, you should go to the Olive Oil store on King Street. They have a nice selection of flavors of both olive oil and balsamic vinegars. I’m enjoying a blueberry infused balsamic right now, and it is Dee-lish!

Thank you for your good ideas.

Sincerely,

Stewart Martin
