Happy Friday!
I’m thrilled it’s the weekend, but I little bummed that I won’t be making my way down to Georgia this weekend. UGA plays Bama in the SEC Championships and my best friends are all tailgating at the dome. Sigh… if only I lived closer. I had a blast at the SEC championship in 2003… AND 2005! Go dawgs!
Instead we’ll be hanging here, watching the dawgs and cheering on Tech as they get demolished by FSU. Enough football talk? Ok, we’re also going to hopefully get our tree!
I have penchant for big trees, so we’ll see what we can find! Hopefully our new stand will be able to handle it.
Luckily the weekend is already off to a great start, thanks to girls night out last night. I was invited to tag along with a great group of girls and really had so much fun sipping wine and getting to know them. I laughed a lot.
We hit up Flatiron in Davidson and was pleased with their burger. I’ve had other dishes there before that were disappointing, so the burger was a pleasant surprise! Christmas in Davidson is going on right now, so if you’re local, I highly suggest you check out the festivities!
I’m really getting into the Christmas spirit and am excited to get the entirety of of decoration collection hung this weekend.

In other news…
MUNCHKIN MEALS is this coming Thursday. I’d LOVE for you to participate. I’m actually going to be on FOX News Rising Wednesday morning talking about it and would love for your links to be there for new visitors to check out! No theme, just show off your kids’ favorite healthy eats.

Also, I’ve been working on a HUGE giveaway for you guys for the Christmas season. I’m posting it next week. It’s valued at over $240. WHOOP.
Ok, enough rambling for today. I’ll end on a cute note- Hailey saying banana. I took the video a couple weeks ago, but didn’t want to post it because of my obnoxious laugh in the beginning and the fact that Hailey semi-chokes on a banana piece, but it’s Friday, so I’m throwing my inhibitions to the wind!

When CJ says banana (and watermelon) it’s my favorite thing. Actually tomato is pretty great too. His new favorite word is ‘awesome’ which I love. hahaha
